With the fun and adventure of this role comes great responsibility to putting the safety and comfort of our customers first, and being flexible and dependable when it comes to working holidays, weekends and non-traditional hours.

    Once hired, Inflight crewmembers are assigned (and must either relocate or commute) to one of five bases: BOS (Boston), FLL (Fort Lauderdale), JFK (New York), LGB (Long Beach) or MCO (Orlando).

    Getting Hired

    1. Review the job description to be sure that you meet the minimum qualifications of the role.
    2. Submit your online application and complete a 20 minute online assessment
    3. You may be selected for a brief video interview.
    4. Following the interview, you may be asked to attend a “Blue Review” to learn more about the job and share your skills and experiences in a group setting.
    5. If selected, candidates must pass a background screening before receiving a formal job offer.
    6. Once cleared, crewmembers are scheduled to attend new hire orientation and training at JetBlue University in Orlando!
