Customer Support

Customer Support crewmembers assist customers calling
1-800-JETBLUE. Across a range of situations, they are natural problem-solvers who offer helpful solutions and products to customers in a 24/7 operation, where working some weekends and holidays is an important part of the role.

  • Where the Jobs Are

Most Customer Support crewmembers are based out of our Salt Lake City Support Center (SSC). Upon hire, new Reservations Crewmembers attend orientation and training at SSC before starting work from home.
The Orlando Support Center (pictured) recently opened a Customer Support call center. Over the next few years, we expect to hire up to several hundred  Customer Support crewmembers in Orlando to support our continued growth in the Caribbean and Latin America.
